After the untimely collapse of other unnamed  projects I have made a decision to step out on my own. After writing and recording about 30 songs I felt like this 8 song release was a good distilled collection of songs that went well together. The DEATH STAIRS COLLECTIVE is a group of longtime friends/musicians that have offered to step up and get my vision into shape for live performance. This project will include spacey keyboards and organs, fuzz pedals, Marshall amps, big spaces and a place were we can all push our vision of the songs further than what was recorded. The COLLECTIVE is an assembly of some pretty off the wall characters, dead beats, spiritual healers, petty thieves, lovers and scoundrels. We live to play loud music.
